Asian Deaf Women’s Association (ADWA) was established in 1992 to encourage Asian D/deaf Women to be independent and to get them out of their ‘Hidden isolation’.

Television

Before, Asian Deaf Women and Girls Group In Forest Gate, appeared on television called ‘Sign On’ in 1992.

First Asian Deaf Women and Girls Group

Group set up by Sarla Meisuria at East London, Forest Gate.
